With a vision for growth, Jon leads North Star to new heights. Jon is a graduate from the University of Colorado and holds certificates from Cornell University in Real Estate Development and Investment. Jon has been involved in the acquisition, development, and disposition of single family, mixed used, and large scale residential assets in Colorado, Texas, Kansas, and California. In the narrow window when Jon isn’t talking about real estate, he’s likely talking about CU football.

Sara is the first person both sellers and jurisdictions get to speak with at North Star. Identifying off market land and aligning the land use goals of the municipality with a development ready site is her specialty. Sara is a graduate from Colorado State University with a degree in Business and has been with North Star since 2020.

Matthew is a Texas native, born and raised in Austin. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and lived in Dallas for seven years prior to moving to Colorado. Matthew received his Masters in Real Estate from the University of Denver and worked for over 10 years with publicly traded home builders in multiple roles including the Vice President of Land and as a Division President. Matthew is an advisory partner for North Star’s large scale residential developments.

Steven is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire and has been working with North Star since 2018. You’ll see Steven on site with a set of plans and a pair of shorts in almost any weather conditions. When he’s not building homes you may find Steven at a piano or doing custom woodworking.

TJ is a licensed real estate agent and appraiser and has worked with North Star since 2020. TJ is focused on new home sales for North Star. He is a graduate of Colorado State University where he played football and graduated with a degree in Business. When he’s not hosting open houses TJ can be found coaching the linebackers at his local high school.

Danielle works closely with our architectural consultants and our project manager to make a North Star home your first choice when buying a new home. Her attention to practicality pairs perfectly with her eye for timeless design. Danielle is a dual degree graduate from the University of Colorado and loves spending time with her family and friends.
